Description : RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026, Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released CEN No. 05/2026 for recruitment to various Paramedical Categories. A total of 590 vacancies are available for posts including Nursing Superintendent, Pharmacist, Health & Malaria Inspector Grade II, Radiographer, ECG Technician, Optometrist, Lab Assistant Grade II and other paramedical posts. The online application process will start from 15 September 2026 and continue up to 14 October 2026. • Certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife with a 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery course from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council OR B.Sc Nursing.

Dialysis Technician

• B.Sc plus Diploma in Haemodialysis OR two years satisfactory in-house training / experience in Haemodialysis work in a reputed institution.

Health & Malaria Inspector Grade II

• B.Sc with Chemistry as Main / Optional subject plus one-year Diploma of Health / Sanitary Inspector OR one-year NTC in Health Sanitary Inspector.

Audiologist & Speech Therapist

• Bachelor in Audiology, Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) from a recognized University and registration with RCI.

Pharmacist (Entry Grade)

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (Allopathic) from a recognized University / Institute and registration as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 OR Doctor of Pharmacy with the prescribed registration.

Radiographer X-Ray Technician

• 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and a 2-year Diploma in Radiography / X-Ray Technician / Radiodiagnosis Technology from a recognized Institute.

ECG Technician

• 10+2 / Graduation in Science with Certificate / Diploma / Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology / Cardiology / Cardiology Technician / Cardiology Techniques. Certificate should be at least one year duration.

Optometrist

• B.Sc in Optometry or Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician of 3 to 4 years duration with registration with the concerned Council / Licensing body.

Lab Assistant Grade II

• 12th (10+2) in Science plus Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or prescribed equivalent Certificate Course in Medical Lab Technology.
