Constable (GD) – Special Armed Force (SAF)

  • 10th class / Higher Secondary under the 10+2 system or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board / Institution.
  • SAF Constable GD posts are for eligible male candidates only.
  • Candidates must also fulfill the prescribed physical and other eligibility conditions.

Constable (GD) – Other than Special Armed Force (DEF)

  • For General, SC and OBC candidates, 10th class / Higher Secondary under the 10+2 system or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board / Institution is required.
  • For ST candidates, 8th class or equivalent examination is required as prescribed.
  • Both male and female candidates can apply for eligible DEF GD posts.
  • Candidates must also fulfill the prescribed physical and other eligibility conditions.
