Paper Details with Eligibility Criteria – Bihar STET 2026
Paper Teaching Level Classes Eligibility Criteria
Paper-I Secondary 9–10 Generally, Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks along with B.Ed. or prescribed equivalent qualification. Subject-specific conditions apply.
Paper-II Higher Secondary 11–12 Generally, Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with prescribed marks along with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification. Computer Science has separate prescribed eligibility conditions.
Special School Teacher Secondary 9–10 Prescribed qualification in Special Education as per applicable NCTE / RCI requirements, including the required qualification and registration conditions.
Total Two Papers Classes 9–12 Bihar STET is an eligibility examination and does not announce a fixed number of teacher vacancies. Candidates must check the subject-wise qualification in the official notification before applying.
