Eligibility Criteria – Bank of Baroda LBO Online Form 2026

Local Language Test Candidates shortlisted in the online examination must qualify the Local Language Proficiency Test unless they produce a 10th or 12th certificate showing that they studied the specified local language.

Advance Increment One advance increment will be granted to selected candidates having one year or more of officer-level experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
Probation 12 Months of active service from the date of joining.
Service Bond Selected candidates must serve for a minimum of 3 years or pay an amount equivalent to three months’ gross salary, subject to a maximum of Rs. 2 lakh, if they leave before completing the required service period.
