UP Polytechnic JEECUP Admission 2026: Groups & Eligibility Criteria
Group Program / Course Stream Duration Minimum Qualification
Group A Diploma in Engineering / Technology 3 Years Class 10th (High School) passed with at least 35% marks and PCM subjects.
Group B to I Agriculture, Fashion Design, Home Science, Library Science, Modern Office Management 1 to 3 Years Class 10th / 10+2 Intermediate or Bachelor Degree in the required discipline.
Group E Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) 2 Years 10+2 Intermediate in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.
Group K (K1-K8) Lateral Entry Engineering (2nd Year Direct) 2 Years 10+2 with Science / Vocational or 10th pass with 2-Year ITI certificate in a matching trade.
Group L Post Diploma in Industrial Safety 1 Year Degree in Engineering/Technology or Diploma in Engineering with industry experience.
